Welcome Back TPlus!

At Gateways Vocational Training Program we are so excited to welcome back our partnership with the Transition Plus program. Transition Plus is a program through the St Louis Park and Hopkins Public Schools that provides educational services to young adults and focuses on meeting transition needs in post-secondary education and training, employment, and independent living to promote a successful transition from high school to adult life. Once a week, participants in the Transition Plus program come to our office and participate in vocational training activities. This week they worked on a new project from our partner business Moments Hospice!
