Highlight: Trainee Curriculum Day

The Gateways Vocational Training Program is built on the philosophy that every person has something valuable to share with our community, and it’s our job to find and nurture those talents. This week, Sasha Weiss, our Vocational Curriculum & Training Specialist, led an engaging workshop for Trainees in the Gateways Vocational Training Program. The session focused on setting both personal and professional goals, with valuable discussions on workplace achievements. As a result, each Trainee will refine their own goals for their journey through the Gateways Vocational Training Program, empowering them to take charge of their growth and success.
