Gateways Training Day: Goal Setting

We held our second vocational curriculum workshop for participants in our Gateways Vocational Training Program. This session focused on the goal setting process and learning how to set goals. Trainees talked about jobs someone might want to have, skills required to do jobs, and worked on setting goals based on developing those skills. At the next workshop Trainees will start setting goals for themselves!
