Gateways: New Trainee at LDI

One of the key pieces of our Gateways Vocational Training Program is developing skills that can transfer to other environments. After working on tasks off site and building confidence, Gateways Trainee Lexi has now moved to on-site job skill training! Lexi has been training on-site at LDI and working on their Safco swatch project. This has been a great opportunity for her to apply her skills with confidence while also learning new ones! Way to go Lexi!
