Gateways Goal Meetings

Our goal is for Gateways Vocational Trainees to meet THEIR goals! Sasha, our Vocational Curriculum & Training Specialist, has been meeting with Gateways Trainees to work on identifying and creating personalized goals based on their experiences at different job sites. Using a structured goal setting worksheet, Trainees identify job requirements, match them with the skills they have, and determine what they can work to better meet job requirements. Based on the identified skills and job site requirements, Sasha works with the Trainees to write SMART goals for each job site. Watching Trainees grow and succeed is what Gateways is all about!
