Deeper Look: Vocational Skills Training

In the Gateways Vocational Training Program, we support participants in developing the skills to complete all aspects of a job — not just their favorite parts. At Lubavitch House, trainee Shaina loves arranging flowers, but she doesn’t prefer tasks like cleaning the vases as much. Still, she stepped up and tried an adjustment to make it more comfortable — showing initiative and opening the door to discovering new strengths. Every task is a chance to grow and build confidence!
