Friends ‘N Fun Kick-Off Event

We started off the year with a magical Friends N Fun Family Event at the Westwood Nature Center. Dinner was catered by Basil, and everyone got to choose a delicious wrap. During the meal we had a get-to-know-you scavenger hunt so that all of our participants could meet new people and make new friends.Our entertainment by magician Alan Smola was top notch! He performed a funny and interactive magic show that kept our families on their toes! This event was a great way to kick off our new year of activities and events.

The summer has been very busy as we’ve been planning some new activities and locations for our Friends ‘N Fun events. One exciting announcement is that we are going to have a new division called Friends ‘N Fun Teens. This is an opportunity for our teens to hang out with peers from the community. We had a pilot event last year and it was very successful, so we can’t wait for this program to begin this year.
